Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

- Standard Shipping (Germany): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier delays or high order volumes.

3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
lumanest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at noahlma2206@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We save customer satisfaction as a priority and will assist you in finding a solution.
